💡 Why we need it ?
The Work Order Findings interface is designed to track and document findings shared between the Operations Manager and the customer.
1. What is inside ?
You can find the Work Order Findings list in the Operations app.Inside the list, there are multiple views available for the Work Order Findings:
- All Work Order Findings
- Closed
- Customer Requested to Close
- New Findings
- Waiting for Customer Action

💡 The goal is to close all new findings.
2. Select findings

3. The Finding Details
As you can see, a new window has opened displaying all the details of the Work Order Finding.
4. Comments
In the comments section, you can type a message to the customer so they can follow your updates.
5. Submit Or Close
Now, you have the option to either submit the finding to the customer—so they can take action based on your comments or simply close the finding.To do this, click the three-dot menu and select your desired action.

6. Saving Notification
After selecting an action, it’s important to click ‘Save’ to ensure the system submits your changes whether it’s a comment or an action request such as ‘Close’ or ‘Submit to Customer’.

7. Customer Portal Findings
Once you enter the portal, you can find the Work Order Findings list in the side menu bar. The Findings list offers several views to help you filter and manage entries effectively:- All Findings
- Waiting for Customer Action
- Customer Requested to Close
- Closed

8. Select the Work Order Findings list
Then choose the findings you want to review.
9. Finding Interface
Once you select the desired finding, you can view all its details and the comments made by the Operations Manager, and you can also reply to them.

12. Request To Close
Once you have completed the actions requested by Operations, close the finding by clicking the ‘Request to Close’ button.
13. Add Your Description and Upload an Image

14. The Changes
As you can see, the status has been updated, and both the image and description have been submitted to the Operations team.
15. Operations App
In the Operations app, you can find the ‘Requested to Close’ section, where you can review and manage submitted requests.
16. Findings Response
As we can see, the image and comments submitted by the customer now appear within the finding.
17. Close Or Reject
Once everything is in order, you can click the three-dot menu to either close the finding or reject it and add a new comment for the customer.

You can now see that the finding you closed is listed under the ‘Closed Findings’ view.
